A person released today should appear in the 48-hour feed once the roster system has processed the release. A person who is still being booked out, waiting on paperwork, or moved to another agency may lag behind the visible list.

Escambia Sheriff App Releases
Research also found an official mobile access channel. The Google Play listing for Escambia Co. AL Sheriff says the app includes public information for inmates, most wanted, sex offenders, special alerts, press releases, and FAQs. That supports a mobile check of sheriff-published inmate information, but it does not prove a separate longer release archive.
Use the app as a companion to the sheriff website. If the phone view is easier, check the inmate area and compare the result with the public 48-hour release feed. The safe rule is the same on mobile: a released entry confirms release from the Escambia County Detention Center, while a missing entry means the user should check current custody, call the sheriff, or use the court and records channels.

When Escambia Release Is Missing

A just-completed release may not appear at the same moment the person leaves the building.
